Easy-going, informative sessions on your biking learning, practising and improving your cyclocross riding skills in a friendly and progressive environment.
2 Hour Session
Treat yourself (and a friend) to a 2-hour training session with experienced British Cycling Coach, Charlie.
Together we'll review your strengths and weaknesses, developing and honing your skills and race tactics.
Skills covered: Riding position, climbing, descending, off-camber, cornering, dismounts and remounts along with race tactics and advice.
Half Day Session
Gather a group of up to 8 friends or fellow clubmates to learn, hone and improve those all-important cyclocross skill set you need for the pathway to success in cyclocross.
Depending on the group’s level, over the 4-hour session, we’ll cover the basics, cornering, dismounts, remounts and riding off-camber. More experienced riders can expect tuition on starts, shouldering, climbing and descending race preparation, tactics and, of course, that vital question - tyre pressure!
Skills covered: Riding position, climbing, descending, off-camber, cornering, dismounts and remounts, shouldering and carrying the bike along with race tactics galore!
Rider requirements: To join this ride you need to be a competent cyclist able to ride for 2 hours or more
