Treat yourself (and a friend) to a 2-hour training session with experienced British Cycling Coach, Charlie and learn the core skills needed to tackle them there mountains!
Together we'll review your strengths and weaknesses, developing and honing your skills and bike handling abilities.
Skills covered: Cone of movement, ready position, climbing, descending, off-camber, cornering and wheel lifts.

Just brought an electric mountain bike and are not quite sure how to tackle those tricky rooty bits or short sharp drops.
Treat yourself (and a friend) to a 2-hour training session with British Cycling trained coach, Charlie.
Together we'll review your strengths and weaknesses, developing and honing your skills and riding position along with shedloads of advice on where to ride and how to find those hidden routes.
Skills covered: Riding position, climbing, descending, off-camber, cornering and efficient riding.
Mountain bikes | Fully Coached | Trails & single track | Half-day | Groups
Gather a group of up to 8 friends or fellow clubmates and spend a day out on the slopes - well err, in the woods and local MTB centres practicing and learning those all-important MTB skills and for those that want to race - that vital race craft!
Over the 4-hour session, we’ll cover the basics, the cone of movement and the ready position cornering before moving on to climbing, descending and wheel lifts.
Skills covered: Cone of movement, ready position, climbing and descending, wheel lifts and drops, along with race tactics galore!
Rider requirements: To join this ride you need to be a competent cyclist able to ride for 2 hours or more
All Bikes | Fully Coached | Trails & single track | All-day | Groups
There's plenty of practice time when you book a full day on your mountain bike. We'll meet near a local MTB centre and go and play, loads of time to learn new skills and put them into practice.
Simply gather a group of like-minded friends or clubmates, book a day and I'll be in contact to arrange the rest!
